Orange Ginger Salmon

  • 1-2 lb Alaskan salmon
  • Juice from 1 large orange
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.

As you can see in the photo, the salmon got a little dry. This was the first time trying this recipe. Some options to make it less dry would be to add 2 tbsp olive oil at the bottom of the pan before baking or baking for only 15 minutes.
