
Ingredients
- 1 rutabaga
- 2 bunches radishes
- 1 bunch beets
- Carrots, as needed
- 2-4 tbsp olive oil
- 2-4 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
Chop rutabaga, radishes, and beets, and add to a large mixing bowl. Slice unpeeled carrots, as needed, to fill the mixing bowl.

Add oil, aminos, and spices.

Gently stir everything together. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 60 minutes.
This goes great with Teriyaki Lamburgers.
