Turmeric Lamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Place lamb into a mixing bowl and add spices.

Combine spices thoroughly (squishing with hands works best). Form into 3-5 patties. Cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes before flipping.

MEAL PREP HACK: While the burgers are browning on the skillet, this is a great time to unload/reload the dishwasher or handwash a single load of dishes.

WHEN SERVING WITH ROASTED VEGGIES: Allow the burgers to barely brown on each side before simmering while the veggies are roasting.
