Hello! My name is Mary and I have been a muscle testing practitioner since 2021. Like so many people, I suffered from contradicting symptoms and the solution of medical doctors was to continue to add more and more prescriptions to my daily pill minder.

Thankfully, during Covid, medical facilities were restricted to care which led me to alternative forms of wellness. I found that through changing my diet and lifestyle, I was able to eliminate most of my symptoms.

The changes that I made to my diet and lifestyle were quite extreme and very uncomfortable – changing jobs, eliminating all processed foods, opting for outdoor exercise, reducing stress, rejecting conventional medical treatment, etc.

I understand that making dietary changes is tough and initially appears to be expensive, so supplements are a great stepping stone to get the nutrients that our bodies need to be able to manage the stress of daily living and to process the unhealthier food options that we lean toward.

Here are my top ten “go-to’s” for anyone looking to give their body the nutrients that it needs to get to the next step in their wellness journey.

Spanish Black Radish helps push the bad things through your digestive tract. This is a great support if you are feeling a little constipated.

Antronex supports the liver – your body’s natural detoxifier. This is a great support if you are feeling a little congested.

Betaine HCl helps balance acid in the stomach. One of the coolest things that I’ve learned about heartburn is that when we are constantly taking antacids and acid inhibitors – our bodies overcompensate by making more acid.

Min-Chex and Min-Tran are my two favorite supplements to support emotional health. Min-Chex is great at supporting my body when I’m feeling particularly stressed about a specific thing while Min-Tran is great for that general unease that I used to feel before I was able to change to a healthier lifestyle.
